21. CANCELLATION POLICY
In Short: Cancellation credits depend on how much notice you provide before your scheduled class.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class time a full credit will be reallocated into the booking system to reschedule at a new time suitable to you. If the class is less than 24 hours notice then the amount credited will be based on the table below.
Please note that you cannot cancel a class within less than 24 hours in the Customer Portal. Please use our contact form and supply the date and time of the class.

All credits will be issued as a voucher. This can be used with your next purchase. The cost of the class will be based on the value of the package you purchased. When you cancel, or reschedule, a class an email will be sent to yourself and Owl English. The timestamp of this email will be used to determine the value of the credit given. Credits will usually be issued within 24 hours but may take up to 48 hours.

22. TEACHER LEAVING
Owl English allows other teachers to use this service to teach their own students. If a teacher leaves you can apply for a refund for any outstanding classes or you can move to another teacher and the new teacher’s rates will apply.
